Apartment in the Brodsky club house

In the Brodsky clubhouse we designed an apartment (250 sq. m.) for a family with two sons, creating a comfortable, calm, and at the same time strict interior for life. The apartment project was developed on the basis of a ready-made standard interior, which was purchased by customers. As a result, we completely transformed the finish from the developer, creating an interior in deep graphite shades with metallic accents. Taking into account the wishes of the owners, the minimalistic design in bright colors was transformed into a restrained and solemn classic, which incorporated oriental motifs, modern decor and Art Deco elements. The result was a deep, almost monochrome interior with brutal textures and non-standard solutions. For example, brass shutters with an openwork geometric pattern made by laser cutting have become an unusual accent in the living room. The interior was created using a combination of several decorative techniques: large fills of planes, geometry of shapes, high quality finishing materials
