Variability & Intuitiveness
About Project
This interior object is created at the intersection of product design and contemporary art. This commode can store a lot of things and stories in a huge number of drawers and storage spaces.
At first sight, the system of sliding drawers is too complicated. But when we start to interact with this system, we accustom it to ourselves and it becomes to be an alive object. There are a lot of spaces to hide something in this commode. Some of them open quite intuitively, but only you will know about the existence of others.
Variability is one of the main qualities of this object. Each storage opens up new unique scenarios. The surface of the cabinet can be easily modified to suit your convenience. You can remove or extend the mirror, move the storage, or change the combination of drawers.
The black static body interacts with the changeable and active mobile structure of drawers and caches along with open cells for storing anything.
