Prism lamp
About Project
The central element of the design is the lenses, which are arranged alternately with a parametrically shrinking gap. In addition, each subsequent lens has a deeper color, which together creates the effect of movement and flow.
Technically, the object is a frame made of copper tubes with fasteners for glass lenses. The glowing module is an LED ring hidden under a milky white polycarbonate.

This lamp is an interior art object, the idea of which is focused on the visual play of refractive light through variably deformed glass lenses. The object interacts with the surrounding space due to caustics and sunbeams, which are created when light hits the lenses.
