PROBLEM
Sleeping is a biological necessity. Insufficient sleep or sleeping disorders, which remained not cured, are Harmful to public health, welfare, and safety. In 2030 The definition of people’s health contains several factors related to sleep, aiming to improvement of health, efficiency, welfare, quality of life, and safety by helping people to have enough sleep. In addition to enough length, adequate sleep needs to have enough quality, proper timing, regularity, and no the existence of sleep disorders. This is the position of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) that sleep is necessary for health. In education, it is needed to emphasize more on the Importance of sleep (Ramer et al.,2021).
Most people don’t have enough information about the importance of sleep and sleeping disorders and aren’t aware of the long-term effects of sleep deprivation. Also because of lots of busyness, it is hard for most people to regulate regular sleep.

SOLUTION
Due to the importance of healthy sleep, we tried to design a product that can help regulate sleep and achieve a suitable and sufficient sleep habit for users. “Dreams guard” is an interactive light that helps users to have high-quality sleep by tracking and tracing sleep.
At night, when sleeping, it opens its eyes with the user’s hand touching and stays awake all night as if she is watching the user.

During sleep, it analyzes the sleep state according to the user’s breath and motion-sensitive sensors and as the user’s sleep deepens, it reduces light, which prevents the lights from staying on all night and reduces energy consumption.
There are some sleep disorders in the form of respiratory problems that inform the person to sleep breathing problems by recording the person’s voice during sleep.
With the passing of time and awareness of the user’s sleep status, automatically turned on to sleep at the right time and notifies the user of the arrival of sleep time.

When the user wakes up and touches the light, the dream guard’s eyelids close and display the report of the person’s night sleep on his mobile phone.
The application shows information related to sleep quality, a person’s sleep pattern, duration of deep sleep, and a comparison of the person’s condition with coevals.

Finally, it can be said that the goal of the dream guard is to help pay more attention to the importance of sleep, and increasing one’s awareness of proper sleeping habits is enough.
