For oenophiles, how wine is preserved is an elementary part, since it must be under certain physical and environmental conditions that guarantee its adequate preservation, thinking of these wine lovers, Bavel arises, a rack of wines that refers to the structure of DNA, an allegory to a passion that comes in the blood.
