Defined by generosity of space and easy elegance, the soaring beamless ceiling design extending over 3.8 metres high creates a sense of openness and airy grandeur to the living spaces, pleasing the eye with an expanse of clear space above the head. With all windows thoughtfully oriented to safeguard residents’ privacy, welcoming a gentle stream of natural light to experience the changing canvas of nature from day to night. Each residence is graced with not one, but three private, secluded landscaped courtyards located on the ground floor, first floor, and rooftop.

Studio PDP, handpicked by Orion Land for its contemporary design philosophy luxuriously enhances the flow and connection between spaces in an open, relaxed style; their visionary interiors seamlessly interweaving the indoor and outdoor realms, beckoning nature to become an integral part of the living experience. Illuminated by an abundance of natural light, the open plan layouts define comfortable living and dining spaces which effortlessly open up to landscaped gardens beyond, achieving an easy exchange between inside and out. Creating a serene, nurturing environment that permeates the entire home, landscape architects Atkins envisaged a series of landscaped courtyards for each home to create an oasis of calm in contrast to the energy and dynamism of Hong Kong, making every day an invitation to savor the relaxed spirit of SOLACE’s coastal lifestyle from the comfort of home. Lush, green, serene and private from day one, SOLACE’s landscape design balances aesthetics with the convenience of minimal upkeep, with elements of light, stone and softly cascading designer planting combining for a visual effect that improves with time. With bubbling water features and natural boulders placed among creeping climbers and lush arrangements of soft shrubs and succulent ferns punctuated by the height of mature, flowering trees, courtyards can be utilized as tactile living spaces, or enjoyed as organic artwork in their own right, from within the home.

From the moment one approaches Solace’s secure, gated community to conclude your journey in your private carport, a sense of tranquility descends. Every facet of Solace’s design has been meticulously craftedto blend with Stanley’s unspoiled natural surroundings. Inspired by the spirit of life onthe coast, Solace’s connection with the natural world is embedded into daily life. Reflecting the sun’s golden hues giving way to gentle shards of silver moonlight across Stanley Bay, each four bedroom, four-storey residence embodies the balance and harmony of a natural sanctuary that transforms everyday. Designed for an effortless, indoor-outdoor lifestyle, these contemporary homes boast 4 floors of living that flow naturally from floor to floor and room to room, and through three separate landscape levels at ground floor, first floor and rooftop. This approach creates a truly connected, family home while introducing different moods, zones and experiences throughout. The project has been designed as a true collaboration between orion land and their designers to bring together a cohesive, lifestyle experience from inside to out. A key feature of the master bedrooms is the way in which they lead out onto a private terrace, an extension of the bedroom space. While the bedrooms are calm and outwardly focused, the master closets are more internalized. Providing ultimate privacy but also the opportunity to add a luxurious feel, richer in color and detail.

The landscape design respects architectural elements and design language to create linear orientation. The naturalistic materials such as boulders and water features, and the selection of lush planting materials including overhanging climbers can help soften the hard edges and boundaries. The design incoporates the use of natural resources such as the natural rock face and retains the existing trees on site. Celebrating the sea view and mountain, the design mitigates the eyesore from the building nearby and maintain maximum privacy.
