This house is located in a prestigious part of Moscow outskirts. The site is quite unique – as a narrow river runs right through it. In addition to the house, there are two more garages and a pavilion with a kitchen and a dining hall on the little waterfront.

Many items in this complex eclectic interior are customized and made according to the designer’s sketches: chests of drawers, cabinets, panels, fireplace and many others.

The project began as a typical house (total area about 450 sq. m.) with a large round bay window. But this building did not meet the owner’s high requirements as they needed a number of spaces – from technical rooms, a home theatre, a gym, a swimming pool, and a library to a large public area. They also wanted several bedrooms, including children’s bedrooms, guest rooms with their own bathrooms and dressing rooms. So, the house was built up and completely rebuilt. As result its area increased by more than three times and now renovated building contains 62 rooms.
